1. Your Account

• You need a free MaeGaTai account to add items to your cart and place an order.
• Keep your login details private. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• Give a real name, phone number and delivery address — sellers ship to exactly what you enter.

2. Placing an Order

• Your cart can hold products from several shops at once.
• Each shop becomes its own part of the order, with its own payment, its own delivery and its own status.
• Stock is reserved when you place the order, not when you add to cart.
• Prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿). Delivery fees are added per shop.

3. ⚠️ You Pay the Seller Directly — Please Read This Carefully

**MaeGaTai does NOT receive, hold, or process your money.**

When you press PAY NOW, you are shown that seller's own bank account or crypto wallet. You transfer straight to the seller. The money never passes through MaeGaTai at any point.

Because of that:

• **MaeGaTai cannot refund you, reverse a transfer, or recover money for you.** We never held it.
• **MaeGaTai is not responsible or liable for any loss, dispute, non-delivery, wrong item, damaged item, or fraud arising between you and a seller.** Any agreement to buy is between you and that seller alone.
• MaeGaTai is a place to list and find products. We are not a bank, payment processor, escrow service, courier, or guarantor of any transaction.
• Crypto transfers are **irreversible**. A transfer sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network is lost permanently and nobody — not the seller, not MaeGaTai — can recover it.

By placing an order you accept that you pay the seller at your own risk.

4. How to Protect Yourself

• **Check the shop first.** Read its reviews and rating on the shop page before paying. A shop with no reviews is not necessarily bad, but you are taking more of a chance.
• **Send exactly the amount shown**, to exactly the account or wallet shown on the payment page.
• **For crypto, check the network** (e.g. TRC20) before sending. Wrong network = lost coins.
• **Keep your receipt.** Upload it in the app and keep your own copy.
• **Do not pay outside MaeGaTai.** If a seller asks you to pay somewhere else, to a different account, or through a chat app, stop and report them.
• Never share a seed phrase, private key, bank password, PIN or OTP. **MaeGaTai and honest sellers will never ask for these.**

5. Payment Status

• **Unpaid** — you have not paid this seller yet.
• **Payment Submitted** — you uploaded your receipt. This is not yet a confirmation.
• **Confirmed** — the seller checked their own account and confirmed the money arrived.
• **Rejected** — the seller could not find your payment. They must give a reason, and you can pay again.

You can only complete your order once every seller in it has your receipt.

6. Delivery

• **The seller ships your order, not MaeGaTai.** Delivery times, couriers and shipping costs are set by each shop.
• You can follow each shop's progress — Pending → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered — in My Orders.
• If a tracking number is provided, it is entered by the seller.

7. Reviews

• Once your order is marked Delivered you can review that product, with up to 3 photos.
• One review per product. Reviews are public and cannot be edited by the seller.
• Write honestly. Reviews are how the next buyer decides who to trust.

8. Problems With an Order

• **Contact the seller first.** Their phone and email are on the shop page — most problems are a misunderstanding.
• If that fails, open a dispute from your order. MaeGaTai will look at the evidence and may warn, suspend or remove a seller from the platform.
• **What we can do:** act against the seller's account, and record what happened.
• **What we cannot do:** return your money. We never held it. See section 3.

9. Prohibited Behaviour

Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent payments, fake receipts, abusive reviews, harassing sellers, or using the platform for anything illegal.

10. Your Data

• We store what we need to run your orders: name, phone, email, delivery address, order history and payment receipts.
• Sellers see the contact and delivery details of orders placed with them. They need this to deliver.
• We never ask for and never store seed phrases, private keys, bank passwords or PINs.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always the one shown here and in your account.
