Privacy Policy

Account: your name, email address and phone number, and your profile photo if you add one.

Orders: the delivery name, phone number and address you enter at checkout, and any note you add for the seller.

Payments: the receipt image or transaction reference you upload to prove you paid. We never see or store your card number, bank password or wallet keys.

Content you create: products, shop details, reviews and the photos attached to them.

Sellers only: the identity document you submit when you apply to sell.

To create your account and keep you signed in.

To pass your delivery details to the seller you bought from, so your order can reach you.

To let a seller confirm your payment arrived.

To show reviews and shop pages to other buyers.

To review seller applications and act on reports of fraud.

The seller you buy from receives your delivery name, phone number and address, and your payment receipt. They need these to ship your order and confirm your payment. They do not receive your email address or password.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to investigate fraud on the platform.

Buyers pay each seller directly. MaeGaTai does not receive, hold or move your payment. We store only the receipt you upload as proof.

Sellers who buy a Pro plan pay MaeGaTai. Those payments are recorded separately from order payments.

Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and file hosting provider, and served through Vercel. Both use servers outside Myanmar and Thailand, so your information is processed abroad.

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS.

Account details are kept while your account exists.

Orders, payment receipts and reviews are kept after an order completes, because they are the record of a transaction between you and a seller and may be needed to settle a dispute.

You can view and change your name, phone number and photo at any time from Account → Profile.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing the address below. We will confirm within 30 days. Records of completed orders may be kept where a seller or the law requires them.

You can sign out of any device from Account.

MaeGaTai is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use MaeGaTai after a change means you accept it.
